My New Turbo S damaged during PDI
Frunk would not open with normal release, tech used a tool to open the frunk and left an impression in the bumper cover. Opinions? My gut is to get my deposit back and walk..

At Chandler? Or Scottsdale?
That blows... But how long did you wait? Would be tough to walk away after such a long wait for something that can probably be fixed easily enough.

While I am pretty positive it can be fixed fairly easily, appears to have been a pretty dumb move on their part. See what the dealer offers first in the way of repair and discount as these types of things happen more than we know before delivery. Let them tell you what they will do and if it doesn’t meet your expectations, you can always walk afterwards. Not sure I would walk though until repair (after you have viewed) and possible compensation for the hassle of waiting even longer.
Good luck!

It's ruined.
Send it back.

That's not that bad. If it was a dent in the rear quarter/pillars/roof I would refuse the car. Every other piece is replaceable with minimal effort and in my view not part of the car but just bolted on to the car. If you still love the car, negotiate a fix, some perks, and make sure it's not going to end up on the vehicle's history

That really sucks.
I'd want a freshly painted bumper and some cash (I'd put towards ppf/ceramic at an indy) and/or extra years of "free" maintenance...
But, if they can fix it and make it new, I'd take that too...with the cash and maintenance.

I would ask for a front bumper removal and respray with sanding and correct paint. About $1,800 retail. They must be really pissed at the tech who did this. I have had three front bumpers repainted in the last fifteen years. All from road debris. If done right, paint meter wont see it. You have waited a long time for a gorgeous car. Bad things happen, but I would think they will make it right.

Like, how? Are we sure it was a tech? How does any grown man reach the age of 18 and have never experienced prying something against plastic, and knowing what that results in? We've all done this before. But his first attempt at this was on a $250k car?
