My bolt looked like the one on the left, but I still wanted it shorter, made sure there was an air gap between the shield and the bold head. Easy deal if you have a bench grinder, less than 5 minutes. 10mm socket still fits no problem, plus these things are only torqued to 7.5 ft lbs.

I drove mine today for the first time in 6 months!!!

Coolant lines welded, GT2 1-3rd gears, GT2 clutch slave conversion + laundry list of other things.

I'm definitely a fan of the OEM GT2 slave conversion. It's stiffer, but it's not too much.

I like that wing. Bigger than stock, but still pretty subtle.

Thanks! So stoked.

First is a little bit taller. It's subtle, but it definitely feels more usable.

Congrats on getting the car back Matt, hopefully some peace of mind now with the pipes addressed (on my short list of things to do). I was admiring your car this afternoon with the shop's Instagram post

Hi, thank you! Best info I have is that its Techart Wing I. Not 100% positive on that though...

Although looking again at the pics..Type II is a def possibility. It looks alot like that and its carbon.

That is pretty cool - I am wanting to do the same, I think a taller first will be wayyyy nicer in traffic.

the taller first is subtle but the taller 2nd is a game changer. It’s tall enough that you can use it all over town and really let the engine sing. Other than the gt2 slave mod, the 997 gt2 1-3 is my favorite mod.

Is this in Nevada City, or did you go a bit higher towards Tahoe? Was thinking of bringing my dog (St Bernard) up to the snow for a play day this weekend...Great photo BTW
