Since it was a "one owner" car, it probably was not a CPO car. Even if it was a CPO car, the CPO would no longer be valid since it was sold through a non-Porsche dealer.
If a car is under a CPO warranty, the only way the CPO warranty transfers to the new owner is if a) it is purchased from a Porsche dealer, or b) purchased from a private individual.

Here's an e-bay no reserve 03 X50 that's sitting at 37K!
It's almost depressing to see these prices!

That looks like a great car and may sell for a great price but is it too good to be true?.....
Couple questions about buying on EBAY?
1. Can you typically have the car's inspected (PPI) before bidding (can this be done if you are hundred's of miles away from the car?)
2. I've heard some fishy things about cars in Florida and Texas on Ebay, that flood damage or something like that doesn't have to be reported in the title, any validity to that and would you still bid on a car in TX or FL?
Thanks,
J

I like the color of this car and the list of CF interior pieces and options is impressive....I'd be tempted myself on this one if it checked out.... If that car PPI's well....someone is going to get one hell of a deal....
