So are the guys who want a clean one but are not willing to pay up to get it. And it's likely to only go higher as there only couple of hundred clean ones left in existence. So everyone will just keep dreaming and only the owners will be both dreaming and driving.

I for once hope these cars don't appreciate too much.
It makes me nervous tracking it or even just using it.

I personally think $65k or so is the BASE (high mileage, few stories) GT3 range these days for something not needing a large amount of immediate attention. I have easily eclipsed that on my recently purchased 70k mile example and I am not yet done ordering parts. I think Scott is in a similar region with his as well. This is whats driving lower mileage or pristine examples UP in value. Glad I bought a driver so I had no worries of appreciation and could use it as intended.
Notice no one is posting any examples coming up for sale for $55K - $65K and if they do they are off market the day they went on. $75k - $80k seems middle of the market to me with high end versions easily eclipsing that figure.

I drove my 6GT3 to the cottage this weekend, it's a track prepped but street legal 6GT3 and the A/C works fine.
It's like being in the middle of a three ring circus, I freakin' love this car and it's not for sale.

Exactly my feelings and thoughts after each drive in mine. And every time it's a surprise that exceeds my memory and expectations. Time to take it out again...
