That’s an intriguing thought. Anyone know what it would take to convert to pccb’s? Just rotor and pads or would one need different abs hardware/software too?

Its my understanding its a simple enable in the pwis softwear for carbon brakes. Many do it for track cars because its less intrusive.

Interesting. I only ask because I have the twin to this car, but with factory PCCBs. Always wondered how many were optioned with the ceramics.

Been a while since I've done this but I think it's rotors pads and rear calipers. Steel rear rotors are 330 MM and the Ceramic rotors are 350MM.

23 04s with PCCB that I've seen of all colors, no documentation.

The 1st generation of PCCB's are known to not be a "good thing". Gen. 2 are OK. The replacement costs caused a lot of folks to go to metal rotors and put the PCCB's in a box.

So, to be clear, we think there are only 23 ‘04 GT3s with factory ceramics in all colors in the entire US?????

That seems unlikely. I know At least 4 in the Bay area alone.

Guards Red with PCCB also!
And with rotors safety packed away since 11k miles. Now with 47k and lots of smiles!
