I'm interested in a field trip to the shop in Chicagoland.

Jim,

Are you far away from the Kreissieg shop? We need to all set up a time and meet up.

Probably 90 minutes. I'd guess a Saturday would be best for most.

Gotta be honest, though: I'm interested in seeing (& hearing) what they have, and checking out the facility, but I'm not likely to shell out that many $$$ for an exhaust.

Superbigfo,

I think it also depends on whether you are getting the stainless or the titanium ones.

Have you heard the sound of them yet? It sounds like a beast!!!

There is also a contact information on the link.

I think we show should these posts to Kreissieg and demand for a summer sale discount. They are kind of pricey with respect to others. Plus their customer service certainly is slow as I have ask them some question weeks ago.

I guess that leaves me, NJ-GT, Dirtdoc, 9Eleven and Stuka that might be interested in this product. Is anybody interested at all?

I'd be interested in purchasing if the sound and build quality are to my satisfaction.

Dirtdoc,

We need to get together with Jim Strott to check out this shop when you move there this fall. Maybe they will have a clearance sale? From what I understand, the quality and the sound is the best I have ever seen. I told them to send me a picture of the in cabin button for F1-mode and silent mode but I guess they must have forgotten. It would be a great idea if we call them prior to our arrival and have them show as the real thing (GT3) not just pictures. I can't wait to hear the awesome sound of our mighty GT3. Personally I think it sounds better than the cup cars in the video.

Does anyone know the weight differences for the titanium and the stainless compared to stock. Theres a chance I (well my dad) could participate in a group buy if the price is right.

I'm waiting for the quiet mode sound file to take my decision.

Still undecided between Ti or Steel. I would like to know the weights from each system.

The group buy price should bring it to affordable levels. I expend more than that on tires that last 4 events.

I'm not in a position to get involved with the group buy, but I can't help but wonder if you wouldn't get better service talking to the manufacuter in Japan. Is Kreseig US anything more than a slack attitude box shifter? You think they'd put more effort in selling some of the most expensive exhausts you can buy!

NJ-GT & DanH

I have already address both the question to Kreissieg over at Chicago about the possible silent mode WMV file, photos of in cabin button for F-1 mode and silent mode as well as the decibel rating at different mode but have not heard back from them. Please make a list of the question if anyone is interested and I will ask them again this coming Monday 7/24/2006. I will try to mention that there's a big group of us so we get the priority service.
