Default Looking for a 996 3.4 head

I am in need of a head for 1-3 drivers side of a 1999 911.

Any reasonably priced ones around or any damaged ones that someone is looking to sell.

Thank you!!!

Ebay has some for about $900, but vertexauto has it for $1,600 with a $500 core for a rebuilt one. I'm no expert, but I bet you won't find them much cheaper here.

Why do you need a new cylinder head?

Default Reason

I purchased a used 99 911 that the head had a minor crack on. The shop that the previous owner took it to scraped the head. I would have sent it off for repair or at least used it as a core, but now I have everything for the car minus the 1-3 head...

Someone was selling a brand new head for $1500 about a year or so ago. Use the search function to find the thread and contact the seller.

I have dozens... I can match one to your old head with the casting numbers. 500 bucks takes one

When could I call and talk to you about the head? Would it come with good valves and springs, etc?

All my divisions are shut down until 1.4.16

It's just a used head from a core engine. It would need to be prepped however you'd like by someone that you choose. All we do is offer a pressure test of the unit.
