LOL I wouldn't disagree with you on this. Porsche needs a lot more tender loving care.

My friend who is a Porsche rebuilder was going to look at it. He had a PPI done and all was good, his financing fell through, the color is great, beautiful car.

At that mileage you're getting due for a water pump as well, and if the clutch is original there's a good chance it's getting near the end of it's life as well. And if you do a clutch, you might as well do the IMS bearing if it hasn't been done.

Also, if you like the mods (wheels and suspension at least) then that can be a bonus, but if you want to change either you need to take the cost of that into account.

It's a decent to pretty good deal. I would be shooting for 24k cash offer on that one depending on carfax, maintenance history, etc. its kinda ugly TBH

that could be a killer deal for a ME. Interior looks really beat for 79K miles though. Very interesting.

Well, if you end up taking a look at it and passing, I'd be interested in it.

Had a quick convo with the seller. Said it was using coolant for the past couple of months and then overheated. I'm not ready to dig into another engine and don't have a trailer so it's a pass for me.

Y2K syndrome. I bet the owner knows that it most likely has a crack/D chunk and is hoping to unload it quickly.
I would not pay more that $4K for this almost roller...Duct tape on seat?
