Yea, it would take so serious professional detailing to bring to turn this sow's ear into a silk purse. When see one this unloved makes me wonder if the health of the engine is worse. At 145,000 miles and based on what I seeing, I would say this car is one little step above a roller.

Is that road paint or cement all over the sides and in the wheels well? The rest of the outside looks relatively clean but that is still there so its something stubborn. That looks like a restoration job in detailing terms.

I just took a look at it on my iPad.
Yep, looks like it was kept parked in the sun in a parking lot at the end of a long oilfield caliche “paved” road lined with cactus.
I had a work truck that looked like that a one time.
Looks like a good track/race car project.

A fair price for a C4S with upper 5 digit miles (60-80k) is in the upper 20s, approaching 30k. That's a hefty premium just for low miles but it isn't absurd.
Of course, with both of those C4S listings, we're getting into dangerously too low miles territory.
