hey....what kind of oil should i with the ims solution? mobile 1 0w-40? or should it be XP 9? for only one track day a year!!!

I'm new to this Porsche stuff, but I did read about maybe a break down in communication between design and production on the IMS shaft bearing. Where design meant for the bearing seal delete on the inside and for say 8oz of oil to be trapped inside the shaft to oil this bearing. Has anybody tried this?

That's too bad. This excludes some people on the other side of the pond. Installing this isn't much more complex than any normal bearing retrofit...maybe the liability situation will be different if you export ?

Units will be exported to Europe this summer. Again, these will only be for professional installation as they are being distributed by a supplier of automotive parts to shops throughout Europe.
