Hey guys,
I am wondering if any of you successfully installed LED lights for the license plate and the corner lights.
I am looking for Pure White with no blue what so ever...
I would like to know if anyone has found a good supplier that has them which don't give out any light out warning codes.
I used the search option and found some threads in regards to this but they confused me more. I will look in the manual to get the bulb specs once I have a good supplier.
Thanks,
Alin

i've searched on ebay, but haven't pulled the trigger on some of the LED bulbs they advertise for the license plate. the fog lights would look better maybe with some Sylvania silverstars or another brand (Phllips?) which I used on my Ford vehicles past which had a nice bright hue. LED's, I'm not sure of on the fogs or corners.

Ya, I noticed a few on Ebay as well. I don't want to go all out on LED's but I just find the license plate ones to be a very clean/crisp look. Especially with a nice frame around the plate....
And with the clear corners, I just don't feel like a dull yellow light would give it enough justice. It would update the cars look indeed. The trick is not to have any blue at all in the LED lighting.
I might pull the trigger on some of the plate lights off Ebay today, but for the corners i'm lost!
If anyone was successful with the corner lights, speak up and let us know!!

I installed the LED lights and they look so amazing!!
They were exactly what I wanted. The light emanates thoroughly throughout the whole plate and gives it a real crisp clean look. They are pure white with no blue visible. No error codes either.
I bought them off EBAY and I'll probably be buying another 2 sets just for fun. They came up to $23 CAD.
Here's a few pics... I took them with no flash but the garage where I park for work has plenty of light. In pure darkness these lights are amazing. Not too much at all. It actually looks nicer than any stock Lexus lights....

I'm very sorry I was stuck in some unexpected situations this weekend. As I go home after work today, I will get the info of the seller and post it up here right away!
The lights are very very simple to install, you need a phillips screw driver to open the light assembly (2 screws each light assembly) then you slide the rubber housing/gasket off, and pull the light out with your fingers. Then just reverse the steps. Once putting on the lights, it does have positive/negative, so if it's not lighting up one way just reverse them and bingo!!
I'll have all that info to you guys by the end of the day!! Sorry again..
