Usually get the "thumbs up" when I slowly drive past young boys walking up the street. I always smile back because I like to think that I am helping to light the fire in their belly to work hard, do well in life and be able to fulfill their dreams like i did!

Ah and I thought it was just Florida the drivers around here around town. They can be super aggressive sometimes especially those Truckerfu@kers,(big duallies, trucks with lift kits as tall as TRAFFIC LIGHTS with huge tires that ride your ***, ricers, and anyone else must be jealous of 911's. Maybe I am guessing they never seen a Green Carrera before or like being rude and offensive to every sports car owner possible.

fastest cure is leave them in the dust so that the percentage that wanted a show will be satisfied. Then if you are stuck in traffic just whatever fits your fancy.

That was my trip back to NY from Louisville, KY when I got my car. My wife was the one who noticed that any car that we passed that had a kid (or really any male) in it was taking a look at the car.

We haven't seen that much attention since we're home, but how many times do you see a yellow C4S going through West Virginia?

Try a Ferrari...it was crazy EVERY kid in a mustang/hopped up ricer would pull up next to you then DS and roar off. And dont even mention valets, they ALL expected 20 bucks after the "i'll put it up front for you sir" scam.
I have several high end rides and I never given em more than a few bucks...what do I care if he has to run 3 blocks for it? I put maybe 1000 miles on the Ferrari in a year, then sold it. Tempermental junk next to P car anyways (OK, it was a 328)....but briefly fulfilled a fantasy P cars dont have the poser image that many of the exotics have, the P car driver seems to be viewed more as an enthusiast and person of sport/taste more than the gold chain set IMO. the only exception would be some of the shows I have been to where we do, unfortunately, have the trailer queen "manhattan trophy" set. to each his own...

Honestly, every time I find myself with the "If I only Had X" syndrome, I snap back to reality and realize that I currently own one of the finest sports car's on the planet. I feel blessed.

Especially when you see their eyes light up when they see your car.
Airrik I noticed you are in St Pete- We should go to dinner or grab a drink some time.

+2 (valet), except for the St. Pete thing - a little bit of a drive for me from ATL
