I have not washed my car in almost a year, in Rock Hill we have had water restrictions since last April. We all got letters last week from the city reminding everyone we are still under a water ban.

I understand how serious this is, but being single I would still use less water with one car wash a week than the families of four to six that live around me.

Oh well!

There is always a chance for the weather to turn around, but if not, anyone interested in Sunday or Monday? I just can't let the new baby sit in the garage during nice weather.

Sunday is out thanks to the Auto Fair at Lowes. Should be a good turn out as we have 70 spots for PCA cars.

Welcome Don. Lets hope for good weather but have to say the weather prognosticators around here are not the most accurate bunch. It was upposed to be intermittent thunderstorms yesterday all during the day and aside from some light drizzle in the morning it was blue skies!

Well the local station said 70% rain. Will see what the national folks and weather channel say tomorrow. If there is a 30%+ chance it will be postponed. Will really stink if we have to delay it.

Yea, I'll be driving almost 1.5 hours to get to Charlotte. I likely would not come either if it looks like rain. Thanks for the hard work. Hopefully it will work out, but if not now then later.

Alright boys and girls. Weather Channel hour by hour forecast says that it will rain most of Friday evening and stop in the early morning on Saturday. However, it will start back raining by 1:00 pm when we are up in the mountains. Really not a great recipe for fun and I am going to work on an alternate date for us. Will be calling the restaurant now and letting them know that we are not coming up. It does appear that Sunday will be decent, but with the event at Lowes going on I think we will lose a few people to that.

SO - look out for a new thread with a new date in the near future.

The weekend of April 19/20 is the Carolinas Regions Spring Tour, which we will be attending.
