Vivdracing, I will be away on business for a couple of weeks, Can you hold one for me, until I return ? I can give you a CC for now, but don't ship it until I return. You can e-mail with your decision - mail to: RJMCON@OPTONLINE.NET - Thanks again for the offer.

Thanks, Dan. That should increase orders substantially for all the right reasons. It will be even better if/when Rennlisters verify the manufacturers' dyno gains. Any acceleration benefits would be appreciated also.

The only graph I could find on evoms stated for the 996 was this one. Perhaps they should include the one you posted on their website under the V Flow section as well.

"The Dyno Graph Below represents HP/TQ at the wheels on a 2003 996 3.6L.
The Red line is the car STOCK. The Blue line is the car fitted with the EVO V-Flow intake and EVO / GIAC Chip."

To clarify a little per the evoms site. The dyno shown is from a 2005 997. The stock power is the blue line at 278.7. The green line is not with the intake alone as has been erroneously stated. It is "GIAC/EVO chip only" [evoms website] at 288.4. The red line is the chip/intake combo at 304.3. Hope that helps clear things up. If evoms has a true intake only dyno, then that would probably keep the topic less diluted.

www.evoms.com (look under 997 intake)

You beat me to it. I'm still waiting on proof that the intake alone makes any improvement in HP or TQ.

I refuse to be repudiated by anything less than the truth.

Being the car is NA not Turbo, the octane will have a small factory, but not huge. I could imagine a couple of ponies but that might be it...
