Gt3 headers r for a mezger so u would need regular 3.6l headers. The rest of it should be able to be adapted to work.

Other then aesthetics what’s the benefit of the center exhaust?

You can use the space where the side mufflers sat for an oil cooling kit, which is the final preventative piece we need for the track.
