Make sure the part #s are the same. There are many different part#’s, pictures and diagrams depending on year, model and iteration of your car... If you want help finding something, you need to be specific about what you’re looking for (part #’s etc).

I'm not sure what your question is but the throttle shown in your first image looks like a cable throttle and the second image is a e-throttle. What year is your car and what are you trying to solve?

Recently, my 996C4MK1.2001. Because there is no idle speed, so I look for related posts. The way to get it is to check the throttle and ICV (idle speed control valve), but when I hold my throttle, I check the 996 parts manual in front of the computer When I found out that the throttle on my hand is different from the parts manual, and then I went to read the post, the post is the same as the parts manual. Both are 996 606 160 01 (Picture 1) I removed it from the car The next one is 996 605 115 01 (Picture 2). I also checked the maintenance manual. The throttle valve drawn in the maintenance manual looks the same as the one removed from my car. The problem is that the throttle cannot be found. To ICV (Idle Speed Control Valve), where do I need to find the idle speed in this situation like me?"

From OP's post...maybe this is his question?

Sorry. I need a post for today. Maybe the 'spoiler' button is a hack. I've been trained to not open these kinds of things.

Yes, I translated from Google. Since it may be due to language problems, I will express my problem in another way.

Sen Sengo Tseng- The part numbers for the throttle bodies are different. If you have a cable, the throttle body will look like…

Cable throttle body…

996 110 065 53 is part number, throttle body for cable throttle.

996 605 115 01 / 997 605 115 01 is throttle body for all other 996 and a lot of other Porsches.
