I think it’s an eBay special. Came on the car when I got it.

I wish the mods would make this thread sticky, I come by every day to see what people did to their 996's today.

Brake job on the rear axle with new Brembo rotors (cheap from Rockauto), Hawk HP+ pads and new sensors. Also put in new motor mounts but the tips are still crooked so I need to figure out how to adjust them, the clamps are all rusty so that should be fun.

First track day 2019!
Finally avoided the rain and got to the track. New tires and suspension bits worked fantastic! New pavement at Waterford Hills felt great and much faster.

LN IMSB preferred installer appointment set.
After five years of blissful ownership of my 2004 996AE, perfect condition, 33k miles, CA car from new, PSS10s, GT3 ride height, aggressive street alignment spec, Euro GT3 seats, GT3 wheels, preventative coil packs, sparkies, water plump, annual oil change from new, fully documented including annual (5 years) blackstone reports, I have decided to spend the money for peace of mind. I have annual cam deviation checked, Mag plug, cut open and inspect oil filter, and blackstone oil reports. All perfect, no issues.
But still, for 3k I have finally secum to the hype and fear.
I guess the main reason for my decision is the X51 package car, LDS, perfect spec and set up is, well, worth protecting. My dreams of a blown IMSB and a forced 4.0L build now gone....
