Default Bad customer service from vivid

Have called them 5 times today, never talked to a soul. I personally will pay a bit more for great customer service.

I'll accept our electric car overlords if it means I get to eat more BBQ. Rudy's is fantastic.

I’m here in Texas and normally I smoke stuff on Sunday. This Sunday I’m doing a 7 lb pork shoulder and some akaushi beef, pork jalapeño cheese sausage. Anyway after messing some briskets I finally got it right. My wife who’s extremely picky use to tell me get Rudy’s now she says when are you doing brisket again. Picture of a 4 lb part my butcher friend got me. For my birthday in April we are going to Austin and we plan to hit snow in Lexington, Franklin, stichswitch and salt lick, the mecas of Texas BBQ, if Tito’s is open for tours we are doing that one too. Some other smoke stuff too.

I think this thread now has more useless info on electric cars and BBQ than it does Agency Power headers. I was actually hoping to find good information on these as I’ve been on the fence for some time but i guess that’s completely out the window.

Do headers on these cars provide any horsepower/TQ gain? I know add horsepower is kind of hard to come by with these motors, but has anyone dyno'd theirs to see what they got. And it does beg the question, do you need to change the intake components to get more air in at the same time? Why are some headers track only not emissions legal? I could see messing with the cats and why that could cause problems with inspections, but why headers? I'm sure paying to have them tested or certified is probably pricey.

Jake at Fsi tested them and said that they add torque, not to much HP that would be interesting to me because my engine is the 3.4. Anyway, Tex squirell got them but i dont know if he had install them yet. I saw some testing on the fab speed ones and it showed torque and hp gains but those are more expensive. regarding the Agency power ones there is a graph showing gains on the vivid racing website. good luck making contact with anyone there, I even sent them a text message and have not received an answer, today will be three days with no awnser. have been calling too and I have not reach a soul yet.

Default Vivid

If you want to hear from Vivid just buy something. I get 4 emails a day since I bought these headers.

The good news is that I ordered them last Friday and they are being delivered today, one week later, to Houston TX.

The bad news is that I ordered the Hooker Blackheart exhaust same day and haven't received any shipping updates on those.... we'll see how that turns out.

I'm Energy Corridor and my daughter goes to Katy Taylor so sounds like we're close. Haven't been to a GTG with LSR PCA yet. I dont have Facebook so I don't know about most of that stuff until after it happens.

Headers and muffler should be on by April 10 DE at MSR.... that's the plan anyway.

My gaskets and new header bolts are showing up today.
My hopes were to install them tomorrow afternoon, but an injury now means that I won't be doing that.
It may be weeks/months before I can get to them now.
I'm still hoping to go to the GTG tomorrow morning though.

I'd like to see and borescope the Hooker headers if possible.
Which part of Houston are you in?

Tomorrow is in Sugarland, but last Saturday was literally walking distance from my house I-10 and 99 whiskey cake. You can go to the lone star web site and see the calendar. Don’t need Facebook. Anyway maybe you can mal el the drive to Starbucks tomorrow.
