They boost torque, do nothing for the HP figure that's worth mentioning. I tested a set 2 weeks ago, and the results were impressive, if you are looking for a boost in torque, and power under the curve.
Do they reduce torque anywhere in the band 2 to 3K RPM?
I couldn't pass them up at $500. I had been considering Soul Performance headers because of the impressive build quality but they would have cost me $700 more than the Agency Power version.
I have not wrapped my headers... I never really got the wrap thing...
It makes sense when you're racing and every little HP counts.
On the street, it looks cool at Cars and Coffee and on Youtube.
But it will reduce the life of your headers.
Better to ceramic coat them if you care to spend the money.

My Agency Power headers arrived earlier today, but I was busy working on a Car Ministry client’s vehicle.
I just now got a chance to open the box and take a look.
The Agency Power header collector looks better than the Hooker header collector based on pictures.
They‘re hundreds of miles better than cheap Chinese eBay headers!
I borescoped both Agency headers.
Wow!
I’m impressed!
Wish I could get a look in person at a set of Hooker headers.
