To clarify, only 7 are P cars. The rest are a mish-mash.
That’s really cool about your friend. And that’s also a helluva a lot of P’s.

What's with all those funny European and trademark symbols?

Yeah, had to add a second car key basket last week.

Back in Albuquerque again for my kid's wrestling tournament. 3rd year in a row. He's a senior, so this is the last. Heads up, probably will be drinking Saturday night.
Oh, and for the 996 related topic, my Chevy Malibu LTZ has a command center so user friendly that I can't get the radio to turn on. Makes me miss the simplicity of the 996 where you don't need a computer programming degree to listen to the damn radio.

1. I was on the wresting team in high school, and got my varsity letter in college. AAA school, so no big accomplishment. Got my a$$ whupped by Ohio State.
2. Why would we think that you will be doing anything other than drinking on Sat.???
3. Borrowed a friend's BMW recently with it's "I Stupid" infotainment control. Morons at BMW. Why not just "on" "off" and "channel" buttons?
4. Albuquerque reeks. My brother lives in Santa Fe. Been to ALBQ many times. Only good things are the sopapillas and the petroglyph park to the west, and the bar at the top of the peak to the east (and the tram ride up).

Spoken like someone who has never had the misfortune of owning a BMW with iDrive. The E70 X5 (diesel) I purchased when the diesels were released in 2010 had the latest "update" to this near-criminally-bad system. I miss the 425 lb-ft of torque that thing would grunt out (which, face it, when you're hauling 3 tons of SUV up a mountain, you're gonna want) - but that infotainment system was a giant, steaming turd.

iDrive neatly combines the rotary telephone experience you may look back on with wistful fondness with the excitement of "Whack-a-mole!" when it comes time to actually commit a character. *turn* *turn* *turn* WHAM! "Sweet! First letter is done. Now for the 'A.'" *turn* *turn* *turn* WHAM!

Frick if I know. Some Garbage Talk glitch.

I loved the I-drive on my 2011 and 2014. The entire car seemed like an extension of my body. It was so natural that I would forget I was even driving it. So I got bored and moved onto vehicles with more character.

Personally owned, no. My brother in law has had multiple iterations of the X5 and a few 5 series loaners that i have the chance to play with. It's annoying, but I got used to it after a while. I will agree, it's not end user intuitive at all.

It was more aimed at the good attorney. its a Chevy. how bad can it really be?
