Default Post your tow rigs & trailers that tow our cars

Old Guy gave me the idea to this thread with his new toy(s), then I see Keiths' HD, Viper Bobs got his big block Chevy & trailer.. Let's see them on one post..
My newest addition is a 1990 MCI 102C3 45,000lbs capacity.. Only 455HP @ 1900 RPM. My son can't wait to take it for a spin..

Jauder, the motorhome makes sense for my track days. You have 3 tracks nearby - my closest is 3hrs not counting California Speedway.Plus I can nap and play GT3 between sessions and I dont have to sneak the dog in and out of motels.

Cool.

You should move closer to tracks

I just played Forza Motorsport for a little bit at Best Buy yesterday and man that's a pretty fun game and it has a Speed Yellow GT3 in it. I may just have to get an Xbox and wheel to play that game.

Seege,

Motorhomes are the best way to pull the trailer. Back i the old days, I had a 22 ft class "C" that I used to haul my IMSA/SCCA Porsche around. Most of our tracks are in the hot desert, and most days are very hot. I used to keep my Nomex underwear in my freezer until just before I had to put it on. No Cool Suit for me.

Well I upgraded the truck last year, now the trailer in a couple of weeks will get a bit more vertical (no the cars don't come with)

Well...I'll add the lower end rig here (all the $$$ has gone into the car!). It's a 1994 Chevy Big Block K2500, Silverado. Don't even know when the car trailer is back there. Used to be a horse rig hauler so it was kept real clean. Has a retractable 5th wheel as well as the heavy duty receiver hitch. You gotta love getting someone else's pride and joy. It had 88,xxx miles on it when I got it summer of 2003...
