I've seen plenty of NA 993's at TT prices but never a TT at an NA price: One owner 97 TT, 74kmile, $97.5K.

I checked the car fax, it looked normal but I have to agree, there is a story there. Not a big fan of the wood, but I could live with it. Definitely would have to removed the Porsche Crest on the door. In the past, I had a 993tt with that mileage, I am guessing, at the least, it would need a new clutch.
One quick search on Rennlist, the dealer doesn't have a great reputation.

THIS 1997 PORSCHE 911 TURBO CPE
If so, he is referring to it being a coupe vs. cab or targa.

If you look through the pictures, it includes an original window sticker. It shows they car as a OEM 933tt with an MSRP $124,251 and a $2,600 gas guzzler tax. Those were the days. It seems that all of the options are present on the car except for Porsche Crest in the headrest, I couldn't see them. Maybe it was a bad picture.

After a phone call to dealer, car is presented as 1 owner, dealer client from Texas, painted hood and front bumper and other than that claimed as no stories. Still head scratcher on price. $97.5k is lowest they would go.

^ ^ ^ Me too.
I'm not sure how client/dealer arrangements work, but if this is a case where the client doesn't know what his car is worth and just tells the dealer "This is what I need to get"", this might just be the deal of the century. If the dealer gets a fixed fee he'd have no incentive to tell the client he's priced 30k under market (though he should). Maybe someone local can take a look. It's bid up to $85K with 3 days to go.
