Don't know if you saw this chart posted earlier. Unfortunately, highest data point is 105K miles. I'm fairly certain the curve flattens out at the high end but until I get some sales up there, it's a just a guess. I'd say you're looking at 50ish. When it sells, be sure to let us know.
I like math.

I am close to pulling the trigger on a 3 owner, meticulously maintained '96 993 in iris blue. Coupe. manual.
Only thing that concerns me: over 130,000 miles.
Is paying upper 50s too much?
Does the high mileage concern anyone? (not high by normal driving standards by any means)

Here’s my take on mileage: https://rennlist.com/forums/993-forum/999128-low-vs-high-mileage-993-and-maintenance.html#post14314786
I am not scared away by the mileage but say it's $58000..still interested or is that too high?

Unless the market has moved while I wasn’t watching.

Exactly my thoughts as well. I was hoping for 40s as well. Initial asking price is low 60s. I figured having a well maintained driven car with higher mileage is better but I don't want to pay a premium ($8-9K?) though for it.

This iris car has been well spoken for earlier in this thread. Like a month plus earlier. You can contact original owner OPO, RL handle and talk about this car. From what I've read it was very welltaken care of but a NB 993 plus accesories at that mileage should not command more than $50k max. Find out how much dealer paid for it and take it from there. If you really like it then go for it. Seat time is wrth the extra $8k in my opinion. I rather a high mileage well maintained car than a low mileage me hanically neglected one. Good luck and share your outcome please!

So on serious intent to consider an out of my state '98 C2S with factory turbo S aero kit: $37k miles allegedly. CarFax shows prior accident history in 2000, unverified extent of damage by seller. I had a proper PPI done 2 days ago and results came back with oil leaks from chain tensioner and valve covers (engine drop needed to fix), cracked belts, power steering leaks, 2 bad shocks and 10 year old tires among other minor stuff. No compression test done. I offer the gentleman 3 purchase options:
1.- Cash purchase for $11K under his final asking price prior to PPI. Original asking price is $14K above my offer.
2.- Alternative to have transaction done through dealer that performed the PPI and I would cover dealer fee and others, and have PPI repairs done at the same location.
3.- Straight trade for one of my cars and I would cover local PPI costs and cost of car shipping to his state.
4.- Regardless of agreement on any of the above or not I offer to reimburse for the cost of the PPI done which he had to pay the dealer upfront.
Result: He replies sending me to hell in a hand basket.
What am I missing here? Would love to hear everyone's thoughts as I am left SMH.
