I got my RS mounts from Carnewal. The set came with the mounts, the 2 large bolts, 2 large nuts, and the 8 washers (4 large, 4 thick) associated with the main bolt. I reused the 4 13mm bolts and their washers for the top of the mount.

I get this too but its more of a medium pitched whining than a whirring to my ear. It drove me crazy until I figured out what it was. Now I can live with it, but if I was running AC a lot it might bug me. A good thing to know about before doing these mounts so you know the possible downsides.

On the bright side, the rear end feels extremely tied down.

From pcarworkshop:
901.305.311.00 Seat (qty 4) ($30)
900.082.030.02 Bolt (qty 2) ($18)
999.025.074.02 Washer (qty 4) ($41)
999.025.134.02 Washer (qty 4) ($11)
No, its all part of the kit from Sunset...Other than the top 4 mount fasteners.

I just replaced the OEM mounts with the RS mounts at 38k, original mounts were in poor shape.
I don't notice any significant increase in noise or vibration.
I'd replace the bolts.

I too get the whining noise when the AC compressor cycles.
What's the noise coming from? A worn AC compressor bearing?

It is just the comp cycling.

The most noticeable improvement on my car was also in the handling. I feel like my suspension got "less-squirrelly" on lane changes and in weight transfer heading into turns. It wasn't what I was expecting, but it was very welcomed.
