Nice!! Good to see. Nylon can be tricky to print but it is tough stuff. When you install, use a drop of threadlock (I like 243) on the M6 going into the fan shroud. I didn't at first and twice the bolt shook lose.

Mine flexes slightly, prob due to the material (T-Glase) and I may try another material. But I unscrewed the bleed screw 'one-handed' ok, i.e. did not feel like it was going to break. At that time 🙄

The bracket takes a 22mm wrench for counter-hold, fortunately.

Ha, I could say I designed it like that. But no.

All,

I printed out a couple extra copies of John's 3D printed part. I have one that's printed in NylonX from Matterhackers and another one that I printed using NylonG. Both are high temp materials (I've included links below). Shoot me a PM (John suggested that I extort a funny reason you need one and I think that's a great idea) and we can work out shipping the parts.

That bracket is awesome and the generosity of the designer is even more so..

Nice one Scott - very generous! This thread keeps on giving.
NylonX is my next filament to try I think.
Btw, we need to see photos of your setup.....

Hey guys,

I printed a bunch more since I had pretty good interest. Looks like shipping is about $8 and it's $3 worth of material.
