Jimbo3, please post a picture of the finished headlight. The original chrome started to wipe off mine when I cleaned it.
Big difference with Tore low beam. Did you find the high beam worth using with the upgrade?

Will do. Was about to re-install the inserts this afternoon, but noticed they still need another day or two of soaking in peroxide, so photo will need to be after that is complete.

The "chrome" spray paint doesn't really look or reflect like chrome. It improves the appearance (a lot) and reflectivity (modestly) of the inside of the fog light housing, but is completely inadequate as a replacement for the reflective coating on the headlights. I didn't touch the headlight's reflective coating as it is fragile and didn't need any cleaning other than a light shot of compressed air to blow off a few specs of dust.

From other's feedback, I don't anticipate that the stock high beam will be of much use. If it does help even a little, so much the better. Doubt that it would detract, though.

I had installed the FD Motorsports Short Shift Kit and Golden Rod upgrade to my C2S. I am VERY happy about this upgrade. The shifting is precise, a slight notchiness feel to all the gears, and has a lot of tactile feedback. Also, the throw of the shifter is such that downshifting is more precise than before. The feel of my 2004 GT3 shifter came immediately to mind as I was shifting the 993. I cannot recommend this upgrade enough!

Went for a mid-winter drive. Temps were cold, but the roads were dry. Car handled superbly with its new RS swaybars.

I’m using RS links. I had the FVD club sport links on before, but sold those with my M030 bars.

Great photos and scenery. Good to see a Montana registered car actually driving IN Montana! The exotic cars I see around me are mostly with Montana plates, amidst the palm trees LOL
