Removed the heat/sound pad from the engine bay, replaced the rear deck lid shocks, replaced the fuel filter, replaced the cabin air filters, cleaned the ISV, complete flush and bleed of the brakes and detailed the engine bay and front trunk area.
Got the WEVO engine mounts (black pillows) installed, flushed the clutch slave cylinder (should have done this last weekend with the brakes) and re-torqued the transmission drain plug... and then test drove. The engine mounts seemed to make a pretty significant difference in how the car feels more stable in the rear, pulls through the gears harder and seems to shift more precisely.
Mounted hollow spoke Turbo Twists to Adaptec 7mm spacers ×4 and using open end lug nuts to ensure enough bite on wheel studs. Overall I'm very happy, the Twists are classic!!
Custom built 1.75" ss 24" longtube headers, Burns 3-1 collectors,
991 GT3 muffler. Headers and pipes have been cerakoted black. Came out great! There is a lot more power everywhere and the engine now screams to redline. Going to test out some modern injectors this winter and do some fine tuning of the afrs/timing. *
