You are looking good around PR - have the line down well! Car looked hooked up and stable as well - what have you done to the suspension?
Thank you! The suspension setup is Bilstein PSS10s, Elephant Racing sport-hardness bushings front and rear, BBI Autosport's RS-style wheel carriers and their tie rods and solid ball joints.
This weekend was my local PCA clubs ax event at the old Alameda naval air station. There was about 90 drivers and was mostly 991s, 997s, Caymans, and Boxsters. There was a few of us aircooled guys too. Had a blast learning to throttle steer the back end around tight corners, slaloming, and hard braking. Car felt really good. Very different and way more fun than my old m3!

Are you running camber plates? Do you get some additional negative camber with the wheel carriers? Also assuming you have shorter ratios in the gearbox right?
Droped the engine to do some valve adjustments and tidy up some of those little things i didn't get around to last time (Cleanup excess wiring, tidy vacuum lines) I am also installing a new throttle linkage, a factory 993/964 RSR linkage with some home made linkage rods does the trick in tidying up the engine bay just that little bit more.
Engine out ready for valve check and general cleaning.
The old linkage, similar to that of webbers. Always looked a little oldschool to me, on what is a modern engine...
The 993RSR Linkage and rods. Still need to clean up the rods and clear anodize them.
Little close up of the detail. Looks super clean without the wiring harness in place...
And went for a short drive. Car had new tierods (elephant racing bumpsteerkit), lowered some more and weighted all corners. It turned out great. Steering is much more precice without beeing nervous, but feels well planted and confident. The pss10’s impress me with the ability to absorb and smoothen out all the roadbumps without allowing too much bodyroll and bouncing about. I am so happy with how everything turned out.
