What did you do with your 993 today

GBos, here’s a good thread with explanation and installation instructions. https://rennlist.com/forums/993-foru...tallation.html
It only saves about 5 pounds, but it does open up the engine bay and eliminate the need to remove the blower motor when doing engine work. You can buy a carbon fiber RS duct from Rennline, or go with a stock RS duct from the factory. You do need to install a bridge and remove a fuse.
There is one possible down side. The blower motor is designed to turn on occasionally of the engine is too hot after ****ting down the car. You will lose this feature.

Changed out my fuse / relay panel. I've been burning up DME relays, recently, and decided the first step to resolving the matter was to make this swap. Next weekend, I'll put the car up on stands and double check the O2 sensor wiring is in order. Don't think it's the fuel pump; it's only drawing around 10A through both boards.

Had a great drive in the Pacific Northwest
Assembled a few like minded friends for a morning drive. Sorry for the paucity of photos but we were all busy driving Hard to get out of Seattle traffic on a summer weekend, but we got an early start and did the best of the route before things got sticky.

That's funny- I remember picking up my daughter at high school a couple years ago & having to explain to her cousin why I was putting her bags in the "wrong" end of the car.
