Windshield fix!
New windshield and sealed gap. Only went up the A pillars about 8" and sloped the top of the sealant to drain. Now I can wash my car without drying the gap or worry about rust.

Went for a nice, long, mostly highway, 85 mile drive after breakfast, something I haven't done in a long time. Unfortunately, as I was making my final approach home, I was waved down by another driver only to find out that my driver's side taillight came unscrewed and was hanging down by the exhaust. What the...!!! How does that even happen?!?!
Does anyone happen to have a spare taillight that you don't want?
My drive.
How I found my taillight.
The damage 😠

Did the semi-annual MCS N2 fill. I have found that I lose about 10psi every six months, so doing this if you have MCS is a must at least annually. Home grown fill rig - pretty inexpensive and sourced mostly from welding supply shops.

Installed 993 sport seats to replace the 996 sport seats. The extra inch of headroom makes a big difference for me. Did the Leatherique treatment prior to install - very pleased.

Changed the rear reflector (that made a lot of diffrence!), got new oem tools for the car and went for a drive for the last time this year as it is likley to snow later on this week.
It became much more likable from the rear justg changeging the reflector. Now its stored away at 18 degrees celcius year round. Its almost a shame to store it away for the winter as it brings so much joy on every trip I take.

Because they salt every inch of pavement around my area during wintertime and I dont want to expose the car for that high ammount of roadsalt. (Im also missing wintertires for the car, but if I do come over a set, maybe I'll give it a try)

Yeah, salt sucks .
I'm lucky that there's not salt out here but I still pick clear, dry days just to be sure I don't get road chemicals and sand on the car.
