Washed her and started the detailed cleaning and waxing process before I ran out of time so now she's back under her cover. I also managed to rip the last letter off the Carrera script while washing. I removed the rest of the script with dental floss and Goo Gone. I'll be ordering a new script. Did black script come on black cars from the factory?

Thanks Teddysam, your are correct about that sir! One of the major things that appeal to me about the older aircooled cars is that they are just old enough that you need to start tinkering and refreshing things . It interests me and keeps me thinking about car stuff, reserching how too Diy's . looking for nice little upgrades etc.... the newer stuff is ...... NEW.

I picked up my old mans 993 from the shop with the new Euro Turbo front end conversion and some fresh paint on the hood, fenders, rear bumper, and mirrors. Shaved the useless headlight washers and deleted the equally useless fog lights in favor of some Better Bodies vents. Really impressed with the fitment on these. Will probably use them again for future projects.

I'm so stoked with how it came out and I can't wait to give it back to him.

Rear deck and bumper were re-painted, and a new Carrera logo installed. (ignore the smudgy fingerprints)
