Just replaced my 22 year old headlight lens's with brand new Porsche genuine replacements. The old ones were very pitted from stones and I suppose UV rays. I installed the new ones in about a half hour. Even though I purchased new gaskets I decided not to use them because the old ones were still soft and in great shape. I also read a thread about how hard it was to get the new gaskets to compress enough to fit well.
I could not be happier. The tired front end now looks fantastic
Oil change, brake fluid flush, trans & diff fluid change, fan hub bearing replacement, fuel filter replacement. Next up will be RS engine mounts and new front lower control arm bushings or possibly monoball joints.
Changed the fan and alternator belts, fixed the tray thing behind the e-brake, installed a new battery and bulb in the key (now I need to find a crest for the key).
Took it in for Xpel Ultimate paint protection film, shop had a few week waiting list so I've had to be patient waiting for my turn. But it will be worth it after a fresh respray last summer, before driving it here in Gravel Central.
