Default Pollen filters

Replaced perhaps the original pollen filters and crawled under to see if the steering rack brace was ever installed with the 18 wheels.

Installed new floor mats. Enthusiasm tempered by the fact my speedo doesn't want to play

I agree! Finishing up a rear seat delete install, and dash re-dye. When it's all done I'll post some. Here's one pre-3 spoke steering wheel, seat re-cover, and other cosmetic work.

It also has a chestnut top which is pretty unique

Swapped in the Tequipment steering wheel and installed the RS side skirts, finally. Gave it a wash with my son afterward.

Well after a couple of weeks with the Porsche Classic Steering Wheel I couldn't quite get the idea of trying out a RS wheel out of my mind. Swapped that out this weekend and also finished off the FD Motorsport short shift / goldenrod install with a new tequipment replica **** / boot. Really an outstanding piece of kit all around (both the short shift and the ****). Love the new feel.

Another potential round of snow for Thursday, so still sitting in garage. I did manage to finish up installing the seat belts I got from ilko.

How difficult was it to replace the pollen filters?

Not at all. Two screws hold the cowl cover. Just have to ensure the tabs on the filters face up and the cover slides into the groove. Mine wouldn't clip until the cover was in the groove. Then snap right back.
