Not really. Most of the ones on here are very consistent. Spent a bunch of time trying to get some reasonable level of certainty on which resistor to use. Ultimately settled on a 3 ohm .5w resistor which seems to have done the trick. Was pretty straight forward once I got into it. Did buy a used clock spring to scavenge a pair of connectors from so as to make sure everything is reversible.

For me personally converting to the Porsche Classic Momo wheel was I didn’t particularly want a 28 yo Air Bag going off in my face so……. Also deactivated the passenger air bag as well. All this is reversible but why
Looks great! And I am a massive proponent of the stock Cup II as I feel the tire size and profile fit the car perfectly when lowered as yours is; perfect both functionally and aesthetically. This is beautiful, kudos, man! Lots to be said about 17s with a well-setup suspension. Here's me, your twin:
The paint really makes a big difference in making them feel less aftermarket
agree 100%. silver might be the one color that looks more subtle, but it really helps to integrate the seats.
there's a thread i follow where someone is reupholstering a similar set of seats and he's painting the backs in the same mint color as the car. looking forward to his finished product. there'll be no missing the seat backs in that car.

Same here (ditched the passenger side). No fiddling with resistors or hacking clock-springs if you remove both of them. Just two jumpers to bypass the whole airbag module and done.
