The driver's door starting presenting that "clicking" sound when open/close. So, I fabricated two supports from a rod of black delrin and tapped them into place to prevent any movement of the strap post. Went in tight and no more clicking! $12 fix that will likely last longer than me.

I replaced the torn air duct for the engine fan and tried out the proper sunshade from suncoast but in the process, I saw the crack in my alternator fan blade. A new one has been ordered from Sunset but i'm not sure if I should epoxy the crack in the mean time.
replaced the alternator impeller and added a proper cup holder.

Very nice solution...can you please expand on how you did it? What diameter for delrin rod?
haha to my defense, all three parking spots on that section is reserved for our company employees 🥸. The guy next to the targa drives a f150 so we’re just giving him plenty of room haha
