They're A/C Hydraulics jackstands, the 3000-N with a nice round, flat top capped w. a hard rubber disk. You can see them at

Factiod: Steve told me yesterday when I called for shipping costs that he had a shipment of 200 stands coming in this week, and then nothing until Feb/March. Between this group buy, some standing orders he's got at full price, and the usual sales, he expects to see all 200 out the door in short order.

 

Ordered 4 this morning.

Steve told me this morning that he is only getting 98 instead of the expected 200 so he may run out. Also, he is going to start shipping in the first week after Thanksgiving - what a nice X-mas present...just need to convince my wife that she bought them for me.

Message from Steve:

"There are currently 30 more stands available to "call-in" and "mail-in" customers. I know at least 1 other person has a check on the way. I originally ordered 200 stands but will only be getting 98. I will not take any orders beyond the 98 as I have no idea when AC Hydraulics will do another production run for me (it could be next summer).

IMPORTANT UPDATE NUMBER 2

I just got off the phone with Steve and the Group Buy is a done deal. <img src="graemlins/bigok.gif" border="0" alt="[thumbsup]" />

I got him to agree to have the people who sent in checks that have the envelopes postmarked no later than November 22nd to be considered as having ordered the stands as opposed to being pending. As a result there are very, very few stands left.

If anyone else want to place an order I suggest you use a credit card and place your order immediately. If you don't you will not be guaranteed stands.

The ship is here with the stands and Steve said they are in the process of clearing customs.
