Would you be so kind to show how to install the fender to cowl bead. It would be greatly appreciated!

Thought I should post up the overall finished result.
Mods done while at the painters.
1) Removed headlight washers nozzles.
2) Installed brake cooling ducts, ducting and new side lights.
3) Removed rear basket handle.
4) Removed all US bumperettes and filled bumpers.
I also replaced all rubbers, gaskets, badges etc. All parts supplied by Darin @ http://fdmotorsports.net/ who was great to deal with as usual (No affiliation etc etc).

Could you tell me how you did this as I want to do the same on my car -

Is there a way to "plastic weld" these poly bumper covers?
Thanks,
Dave

A good body shop can fill in both the rears and fronts - using plastic welding material. The rears are more work given the size of the hole. If your front bumper is mangled, then buynthe euro one - no cutouts. On the rear no choice. I have all the bumperettes and headlight squirters removed off my TT, I like the smoother shape.

Final job is to bolt the bumper onto the car using all the standard fasteners. Fit the seal correctly and the joint will look as good as this. The metal ends of the seals simply fold around to hold the end profile in position, under the clamp plate on the bonnet joint and back under the wing lip at the back.
993 bumper seal fitting: done.

Hey Fast Eddie - is that implied criticism? - on your 2nd post? Unsolicited advice and word to the wise - I'm new here too, but have gotten a lot of help - after saying hello to the crowd and posting photos of my car. Before expecting immediate responses.

Why are you so hasty to pass such Judgement. As NineMeister explained in a previous post. They would of liked to show the fitting but had a customer to deal with. You miss understand me, totally.
I respect everyone on here. No criticism Implied. How rude of you Sir. jrmdir
