Looks nice, but the example page on removing the door handle skips that whole PITA plastic guard on the inside.

So what would this book cover that this forum, pcarworkshop, pelican, various books, and the free-to-download shop manuals doesn't (and this forum has real-time coverage)?

I looked at the 996 manual reviews on Amazon, looks mixed as per depth. It would be nice to see more of the manual inside before considering dropping $$$.

This is my reaction too. The resources on the web are definitely better and offer the opportunity to ask questions. Who doesn't remember the first time looking at a Bentley at 18 reading half a section and then getting to a huh moment. On the web, somebody usually will have already posted the same huh question you have and had it answered... DIY threads get edited and updated.

Even though, it might make a handy quick reference for the garage.
