Cheers!

We need a few more weeks to finish the installation, after which I will post the details of the kit on its own thread including prices.

I might have gone with silver split grilles as the front turbo fog/vents up front are silver as are the exhaust tips. Coat the exhaust tips black and everything shall be fine!!

Call me weird, but I really like how the flat grey (blasted?) centers look against the metallic orange!

Car looks great! Great attention to detail.

New sound deadening fitted, new carpet set being fitted, dash assembly.

Note that the speedo and tacho are placed, not fitted, hence why they are wonky...

Could not resist the colour variations: 9m blazing orange alongside its viper green and maritime blue 9m cousins, but for me the last photo is the money shot.

Are the green and orange part of the 'We don't need no stinking badges!' club? :P

Marc got to grips with the rear carpeting this afternoon. The top rear section will be temporarily fitted to provide a reference for the location of the Speedster S logo (which we have stitched in of course).

The build is slowly progressing as we are having to fit it in between other jobs. For the last week Marc has been working on the hood and clamshell assembly, he has used dummy rear carpet sections to get the clamshell to the correct level and has now assembled the mechanism with the hood material removed so that we can adjust the mechanism and seal fits before the cloth is fitted.

Nice looking speedster. Are you keeping the wheels unfinished like that? I'm not so sure about that matte look. I think a gloss silver to match the air duct accent color would be more suiting.

Thanks for asking, the look is not intentional, these are just a spare set of Speedlines I acquired some time ago for my RS. We will be using a different set of wheels on the finished Speedster S, probably 19" Fuchs or Sport Classics.

Quick Reply: 9m93 Speedster S #4 from 8000 mile RHD 993 Convertible. What colour?
