Mufflers are ready for install.

From raw boxer sounds matching the looks to Ahvenisto+Motopark (95db) compliance with a push of a button...

Feel free to copy the design!

I can't wait to see this thing completed, terrorizing the streets and breaking necks, haha. I only wish my project was as crazy as yours, Juha. I'm still a bit worried about the fitment of my rear wheels with the clubsport RSR flares.

No video yet as I just installed them tonight. I can't run the engine before I have the oil coolers back in place and hooked up...

Had a good evening today, lot of progress with non body related items.

The towing hook/eye attachment came out like this:

Then I installed the mufflers and hooked up the electrical for the bypas valves. Tested them and could hear the valves going from limit to limit.

Then I swapped the front strut tops. This moved the shock top out by about 30mm (same as the hub) so I'm back at a reasonable camber range.

I received the Toyo R888's today too. Man these 335/30's are chunky!!!

For comparison, sitting next to a 285/30/18 stretched on a 11" wide rim:

And how it looks on the car:

MEAT!!!!

FWD?

I have two sets of wheels for the car but I need three.
1 for street with street tires
1 for track with streetable tires (semislick) for occasional driving to and from the track and for rainy track days
1 for proper racing slicks

So I dug up my old Kinesis wheels. They are quite beat up but since they are 3-piece so I can build them in proper size with new barrels and lips. The centers are fine so with new wheel halves they will be almost like new wheels.

The original specs were:

Front 8x18 ET54 1.5" + 6.5" barrels
Rear 10x18 ET65 2" + 8" barrels

I ordered the parts from Germany www.titanium-touch.com
Front 3.25" outer + 7.25" inner
Rear 5.25" outer + 7.75" inner

The new specs will be:

Front 10.5x18 ET41
Rear 13x18 ET20

I could, but most importantly the lawn mower is rear wheel drive. I have never owned anything front wheel drive and I hope to keep it that way too...
