I took a video earlier today, just a low speed pulling into the shop. Ill try for a better one later and will upload them then. In the meantime....
Idling, stopped, in the car w windows up 65-70db
At speed (70mph, 6th gear) on highway, windows up 75-80 db. unless you hit the gas in which case you can hit 90db.

6th gear on highway. Windows up, cruising at speed. My sound meter is kind of cheap, but it gives you an idea. Stock was something like 65db.

When I purchased my car, it had IIIs with high flow cats. I don't know if they are 100 or 200 cell. The sound was WAY over the top for me. I've settled on RSRs. It's still loud, especially when cold. I tried stock cans but ended up going for something more aggressive. Bottom line is, high flow cats make a huge difference in volume.
