Thumbs up FDM sport cat videos

First video is our 200 cell sport cats with Stage II mufflers. I find this to be a great combination. Nice idle and aggressive on acceleration. Not over the top loud, but a nice bump from the stock cats. NO DRONE or RESONANCE.

This video is our 200 cell sport cats with Stage III mufflers. Very aggressive and LOUD! Loud from start up to WOT. It sounds amazing but it is RACE CAR loud. Still NO DRONE or RESONANCE.

Here are the cats after a week on the car. This discoloration is normal.
I will be removing them for ceramic coating in the near future.

So it's probably appropriate at this point to send out bumper stickers with this exhaust setup that read:

"Fister? Hell, it Killed Her!"

Darin, it's time to TM that...

Fantastic! Great job guys. So what's the trade in policy if someone wanted to go from Stage III to Stage II?

Any chance we could get a db meter recording? I am curious if these (Stage III and 200 CEL cats) would meet sound levels at certain tracks.

I don't think the Stage III/200 cell cat combo will pass any track sound restrictions. It is seriously loud.

Measurements taken @ 15 ft directly behind the car:

Stage III w/ 200 cell sport cats:
Idle: 79.9 db
4500 rpm: 101.4 db

I'm telling you the car sounds unbelievable with the Stage III combo, but it is extremely loud and would probably be a bit much for street driving.

just when I thought I was done...

200 cell cats would go nicely with my motor sound mufflers.

What's the deal with emissions/smog testing again?
