thanks guys, just trying to be helpful.

Looks like the Momo aftermarket hub isn't the same as the Momo Porsche supplied hub. Look closely at the relative location of the brass contact surfaces in these:

993RS O.E.

Momo (photo stolen from:https://rennlist.com/forums/9052686-post14.html):

The contact ring is further away from the steering shaft in the 2nd photo. The horn contact is designed to work with the 1st. Neat.

So I am going to try to relocate the horn contact then. At least now I don't feel so dumb.

Ok, It works Now!!! Thanks Tosi and everyone else.

The trick is to get a cotter pin, trim it to size and insert it into the hole where the horn contact pin would fit. The head of the cotter pin will allow the contact edge to rest inside. This will offset the horn contact enough where the horn will work.

Again, if i knew the diameters of the contact surface were different from the RS and Momo, I would have been done a long time ago!

This may help some as well if you want the connector for the turn signal switch plug:

Thanks for the great instructions.
I tried the resistor to mimic the airbag resistance but the airbag light is still on. Did anyone else try this method??

This is a great write up. I made a few resistor setups that had the correct resistor and plugs (0.062" male Molex). I have more resistors, but no spare connectors.

I also have a Motorsports Cup wheel like iron images pictured above, but have always been hesitant to install it. Put a 3 spoke airbag wheel in and have been happy with it.

Just gotta say that the RL community is great. I had two offers by members to send me free parts and I never even asked. Yes, this is a great place.
