Looks like you have to screw it into your A pillar though (pass). Maybe you could use a strong tape of some sort but it would probably rip off at speed

The PP products ones are supposed to be screwed on, but i will use good two sided tape to attach them.

Great color combo on the Ruf!!! I was thinking that they might help with a little wind noise on the Highway and that they look good also.

I could not find them on PP site though I will look again.

I've thought about these too...
I've looked up close at some and they were double sided taped on...

The carbon one's draw my eye of course, but if you think about it,
carbon with double sided tape would get easily stolen!!!

The rep has RUF ones.

They are made from a flexible material - that makes it hard to remove old paint....

Mine are Sikoflexed (sp??) on. The guy that did the paint - said no issues if they ever want to be removed . And they would be a PR*CK to get off.....(and i dont leave my car too many places)

I think the trick id to get the windscreen rubber over the lip - as for the reduction in wind noise... Well i cant hear much except the exhaust anyway.

If they are the same colour as the car - you hardly notice them....

Simon.

I have the Performance ones on my C4S, they are real CF & pretty nice, I did have to sand them down a little as the top coat was not perfect.

Used Auto 2x tape to hold them on the car.

Thanks, Steve. I've actually thought about doing this but didn't want to go that route. The inserts look much cooler.

I looked, but don't have any more close up pics. Just the whole car, & they are very hard to see, since the car is black.

Maybe I can take a couple of shots in the garage.

They are so hard to install, you open the package, cut some two sided tape. Then stick on. Repeat for the other side.

Well done ... with 3M tape

Did the CF have pre-drilled mounting holes that you filled?

Yup, been on there for over 2 years now with no issues.

No, there were no holes at all.
