Great car, man seems like ever time I look there's a another awesome 993 to look at.
Please post more pics
I noticed you have your wipers on the passenger side of the windshield. I really like that, was it hard to do and does it make a big difference, I have seen the DIY on the web but have never really heard thoughts on this mod.
Cheers,
Geoff

VERY nice car, glad you finally "came out." I know why you've been lurking. You wanted to get way down the slope (which you have) before the CFO found out what you were doing!!!

Thank you!
SO the short story is... My Dad's owned this car from around '01... previously 1 owner, low miles, never driven in the rain, blah,blah...Then I became a technician for a small company called Andial so I started doing some small mods here and there for my dad... then fast fwd, about 3 years ago he wanted to sell it! I said absolutely NOT!!! After a little negotiating... I purchased the car from him (for an undisclosed amount) and took delivery... I did a big fat cannonball onto the slippery slope because now I could do all the stuff I'VE always wanted to!! So even though I've got a little more aggresive style then my dad he's always VERY jealous when I visit!!!

I looove the Misanos, They are a little firm but that's what I wanted right?
At first I installed them with the supplied "sliders" but like with most
aftermarket seats, I felt about an half inch too high... So I noticed the adapter,
which is between the seat sliders and chassis, can bolt directly to the seat... so
I test fit them knowing they would be basically bolted down in place.. and
what do you know, the position is perfect for me!! (5'10" 160lbs)...
(and of course the seat back is still adjustable)... they feel just right...
very supportive bolstering...
As for the radio... I feel like most rennlisters, I'm kinda torn... I don't use the
radio!!! but do I delete it??? right now it runs on the back speakers because
I haven't done the RS carpet kit yet... which replaces the back panel and
speakers... AND I don't want to cut the door panels!! AND I usually only use
the radio when my girlfriend rides with me... soooo... moooost likely,
when I install the carpet kit I'll delete it

I did it a while back, it is a little difficult but if you can handle a wrench it's
not impossible Just take your time... I love being able to look down
the hood while I drive... especially when it's clean and shiny!! I say try it!!!
