The cars a disaster. Three months ago looked like the pictures attached. Before tht was green. Before that was Daiel on this board (put a piston through a cylinder at a track day) before that I had a deal on it that I thank god pulled out of and before that was its oiginal singaporian owner who bought it but was too scared to drive it because the nose reared up every time he accelerated and it got nose light (which I can confirm - needed firmer rear springs and some front geometry changes).
The current owner is trying to cash it up big time compared to what he paid for it as a wreak a few months back. Hes about 35k usd over market.
Check out the new (incorrect) turbo front bumper. Also consider all new fog, indicator etc lights. Notice how the rear quarter panels and lights dont marry up!
Buyer be ware! I suspect its being marketed offshore to the unsuspecting as most here know its story....
Gys. The side skirts were damaged (no doubt with a fair bit of the underside) by the fork hoist at Turners auctions before it was sold. The fork hoist was used to move it around! The guy who rebuilt it has some fiberglass side skirts (new) for sale as well so suggest he bought some replicats but decided they were to expensive or fragile to install.
Its 100% the same car. there are only 4 BTR2 in NZ and his is the only red (ex green) one.
All is not as it seems......and this one is a pig with lipstickon. If it doesnt try to kill the next owne it certainly will make a very large dent in his wallet....
