I bought a silver crest from another supplier a few months ago...cost was $100.00....finally got around to putting it on and......the contour of the badge does not match the contour of my hood. The badge is more curved and will not sit flat on my hood.....
Is there a Porsche part number stamped on the back? What's the number?
Maybe it's a copy(?) Who's the vendor? $100 is pretty cheap esp now that the OEM price is way up there.
sorry, it wasn't $100.00 it was $199.00 I got it from pcars.com. Don't know the part number as I have given the crest away..
That's where the group buy crests came from (see beginning of this thread.) Nobody had an issue with them (they're the correct OEM part.) Yours must have been a bad one. Why didn't you just return it?
