I agree. He did change rules on the fly. He first said $100 shipped. I had to e-mail him since he wanted to charge $100 + shipping. He conceded, but then went back and added a bogus $3 for "insurance" on US Postal mail?
Like I said, I'm not going to fight over the $3, but I do think that if he offered a group buy with certain rules, he should stick to them.

i ordered my "black chrome" crest on 4/2 and i received it this morning. looks great...very happy with the way this all turned out. i'll install tonight and snap some pics.

It came in the mail today. The receipt showed $124.45 for the Crest, $10.27 for tax and $8.75 for shipping. The e-mail stated that I would get a $30.20 refund. So, the Crest was $100.00, $10.27 for taxes and $3.00 for the insurance My total cost was $113.27. Small price to pay for the joy it will bring me on the guards red Boxster S. I smile every time I admire the one on the 993.

here are some pics of my new black chrome badge installed. the pics are really crappy; i'll post better ones when i can take the car out in the light. the weather here has been awful with rain and some snow.
i'm real happy with the quality of the badge. the red shows through a bit, but it is very muted. i like it a lot better than my homemade blacked out badge.
