Wow, what a first road trip! Great pictures!

I thought driving my 993 home to Colorado from California was a trip!

It is a great way to get to know your car.

Good luck with it,
Gary

Great experience, thanks for sharing.

I remember being up in Northern BC (from Prince George to Whitehorse) hunting and thinking what a great road this would be to have a 993. Well, maybe some of it, because when I was there in 2005, some of the road from Fort St. John to Fort Nelson BC was loose gravel; and, logging trucks where throwing it everywhere. Never mind the two moose/car accidents I saw.

Nevertheless, great experience with a great car - doesn't get any better.

Wow! Congrats! My family took a cruise to Alaska a few years ago, and it is one of the most beautiful parts of our country. We went to Ketchikan, Sitka, and Juneau, and I got to go salmon fishing! Good luck with your new 911!

Awesome trip and great pics. Congratulations. I guess if you ever sell it to someone in the lower 48 you have a great sales brochure all ready to go.

When you saw the brown bear, was it in front of you or behind you? I'm not sure I would have stayed in one place long enough to take that picture.
