Some neat-nick prior owner seems to have neatly removed that sticker. Is there any kind of factory registry that could reproduce a build sheet or window sticker or whatever it's called in the Porsche world?

Hi Matt,
Has the car ever been painted? Usually having amissing front option sticker is a sign the hood has been painted underneath. I have not seen too many cars where it has been removed just to "clean it up". Mind you, you never know what idiots are out there...
You can get from Porsche the original "birth certificate" of the car which I beleive has the option codes. If you belong to the Porsche Club of America (PCA) I think you can order it from their website (again, I am going on memory only..).
Cheers,
Mike
